Dec 11 visit (or 10th?) The only Christmas trees were 7 ft tall and up. Was afraid we'd have to leave without one. Finally spotted three scraggly 4 footers in plastic tree stands that were unable to grip the narrow trunks. We purchased one of course and at home we somehow, with great holiday hopes, turned it into a lovely twinkling thing. I love Lowes, and, in most respects, their selection on seasonal items is amazing. But the trees this year were a fail in our opinion. (I might add that taller Christmas trees have become virtually unaffordable for a lower income family.)

I bought a refrigerator here and the young man who helped me was named Chase, and he was very knowledgeable and helped me find what I needed and got me out of there quickly. I really appreciate that. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because every time I call a department at this store it rings and rings and no one picks up, and that’s really frustrating.

Garden area is a nightmare when you're trying to find something. Always on a "recon mission" looking for items. Most employees are helpful when you can find them!

They no longer give military discounts on appliances, which is disheartening considering this store is/was owned by a Veteran AND is located near a large military base!!!

Very quiet, not many customers, or associates, The associates were pleasant. I was able to assist 3 customers while I was walking around. I was looking for clearance type items, not much of what I would need.
I worked at Lowes for 19years, not currently 🙃, however it was good to be able to help the gentlemen with the led bi'pin bulb, as they couldn't read the lettering on the bulb,they had. Also to help the Mexican (aztec) his words,with finding a ground fault switch to replace an old leviton piece he had. All in all it was a good outing

My wife had returned some items a couple months ago and received in store credit. Just today I went to use that credit and they told me she had to be there in store, I explained to the customer service representative that we just had a kid a couple days ago and she is at home with the new born. To which she and the manager said they didn’t care but she has to be present in the store and will not except a picture of her ID. Hands down the worst Customer service I have ever received anywhere. They can keep their in store credit and I will be shopping at Home Depot from now

Mando the manager is absolutely amazing. Customer service is 10/10 and always very helpful. Seriously we always seem to have questions or need help and mando is always there to help and is so happy to help us. Thank you mando!

We got there at 7:30pm on a Saturday night and it was pretty quiet compared to shopping here at noon. Picked up a Rubbermaid Fasttrack Rail 12 piece kit for $99 and 2 sets of the handle hooks for $12 each. They have about 4 different brands to pick from for your rail kits. The kit I purchased was a good value and comes with three 48 inch rails. Very nice.
Just a note: I didn't care for the 2 inch screws that came with the kit. I struggled to get the screws into the studs and I did drill pilot holes. I purchased a different set of 2 inch screws from Lowes that penetrated the studs quickly. See the attached pic of the package.

Bought nice shades with remote control capabilities. That feature stopped working after warranty ran out. I have tried going direct with installer and also Lowes without a response. Shades cannot go up at all now. I paid over $1000 and have had no luck contacting anyone for assistance.
