I just subscribed to the monthly 10 dvds at a time mystery box. And I'm overall very satisfied with my first box. It's a perfect replacement for the now defunct Netflix DVD service. I hope that you guys at Loved Again Media get lots more old customers of Netflix DVD. I'll also happily go ahead and share your business page here on my Facebook to try to help. Out of about 7 mystery boxes I have received I have been extremely happy with them all but one that wasn't even that bad and that was the horror subscription box. My only problem with the horror box was some of the movies weren't horror but comedy movies instead. All in all, I have been satisfied with all boxes and love the value and the mystery of opening the boxes when I receive them. They ship by media mail so it can be a bit slow in getting orders but in my experience it has been worth it. I haven't had the chance to use the bargain bin for shopping yet because it is offline at the current time but have been looking forward to it. Thank you loved again media for sending me such good movies at a good price...

Ordered a bunch of DVDs from this place and each time has left me very satisfied. Ordered a ten dvd mystery box in may and was satisfied, ordered a box earlier in the month 10 DVDs as well and I always purchase from the bargain bin which has some fantastic titles that you can never find anywhere else for such a great price and for discs that work just fine. Then I just received a box I had gotten with 80 dvds and I'm so impressed with titles. DVDs I've always wanted along with my girlfriend were in the box and will definitely be getting more and they are are great condition for used movies. Definitely recommend.

Items as described, very fast shipping. Great price and you can buy a used movie for cheaper than a 2 day rental. I ordered 3 Blu rays and 1 DVD. All of the discs play perfectly, I'm glad I found this business, will use again.

Did the video game mystery box, and it lets you choose what genres you want. 3 out of 5 of the items I received were from genres that I did not choose and did not want, and I chose 6 genres so there was a lot they could choose from. But it feels like they were picked at random, or their stock of games was so limited that they were forced to give me games I didn't want. The games themselves were the type you would find in any bargain bin, which wasn't unexpected but wish they had at least been types of games I would want to play.

So order the game box, glad I did one time purchase, I got one game from the 6 genres I selected, only got Wii games , couple cases in bad shape and rest games are like price as right and low end shovel wear won’t buy again

I really wanted to like the experience of opening a box full of mystery dvds.
I chose the 10 pack of horror dvds and the first box was a little questionable. The dvds clearly came from Canada, which wasn't a huge minus, but the condition was verging on poor with some of the items. On the plus, none of the items I had previously owned.
The second box came and before I opened it, I could hear dvds sliding around. Upon opening the box, I found three dvd cases were broken and could not hold the dvds in place. Two of the films I had already received from the first box. Two other dvds, once play tested, did not work on any of my dvd players.
I contacted customer support about being unhappy with the items and was informed to refer to the returns and refund section on their website. The section was relayed to me that I would need to ship the box myself to them in order to receive a refund. Paying for shipping to and fro adds up to over $9 for a service I paid $16 for. I dunno...I just don't know.
So, I'm keeping it, in the box, unknown if I can actually gift this to someone. The condition of some of these dvds
is so questionable that it might tarnish my standing with friends if they got it as a gift. So it sits there on the dining room table...maybe a thrift store will take them.
