An futuristic co-working space. I love that there hours are 8:30am-5:30pm.. that way you have a time limit and can have a life after work. I do wish they had better quality furniture.

Had the pleasure of encountering Bella today while charging my car. It was my first time there, and all I can say is when I think of Bella, it would be the complete opposite of what innovation stands for.

Bad mouthed me and the car that I own.
Provided zero solutions.

Looking at the pictures, your location looks really cool. But knowing that's what awaits behind the doors + the fact she banned me after not having a physical credit card on me.. innovation would be doing something about her.

Public tours are on Fridays starting at 12:00 and ending at 1:00PM. The entire facility is built with advanced technology which looks like a perfect environment for innovative people to gather and collaborate on new technology for our future. Part of the building is used by Los Angeles Department of Water and Power. Their exhibits that are not too impressive considering the technology that’s available. But the rest of the facility is very impressive. The purpose of the tour is to give a general overview of the entire facility. If you have technical questions you would need to contact the staff through another means. The tour could be improved if they would show more examples or photos of the products being developed here. If you like clean air technology I’d highly recommend this tour. There’s also a lot of great opportunities for lunch within a few blocks. And don’t forget to reserve your spot on the tour from the website in advance.

Some leadership of this place is just out of touch. Really terrible experience with one of the board members here. Parking is a whole another story that deserves a separate rating. Facility is great. Front desk and security are AMAZING, helpful.

Great place for startups.
I attended Env Defense Fund alumni gathering. Variety of new startups working to solve issues ranging from energy, water and transportation.
Close to arts district breweries and other nice restaurants.
Not close to public transportation.
Can take metro rail and combine it with Uber/ Lyft.
I would encourage students from colleges and univs to visit this place, if you are interested in clean-tech space.

I cannot say enough about how amazing this place is. Doing all the right things for all the right reasons. Go! Take a tour (Friday’s at noon I believe). You’ll be impressed too.
