Software is probably amazing if it is what you need but it did not work for what we needed as we quickly found out once we got into the software.. My business partner and I paid over 16k for the software and some training. During the sales process we told them exactly how we wanted to use it and asked if the software would work. They said absolutely and much more. We didn't need all the extra however we decided to chose this over another software company because we felt they would work with us. As we started training we realized that this software is not designed to work the way we needed it to. We asked for SOME of our money back, not all. We understood that they took time with us and didn't expect a full refund. We would pay for the training. A person named Sam told us there is NO REFUND and wouldn't return our calls. I think this shows no integrity. I own several businesses myself and if I can't help a client I don't want their money and am happy to refund. Why should I be paid if I can't help. Just wanted to let anyone know that is looking to work for this company. Make sure 100% that this software is EXACTLY what you want because you will not get your money back.. They will tell you everything you want to hear but make them show you what you are looking for specifically before you purchase. They told us there is a work around... of course at another expense. Just be careful it is a lot of money to spend on something that you can't use.

Beware of false promises from Sam. He will tell you there is a 30 day trial and that you can cancel, but will not honor it and then will completely ignore your correspondence.
