If anyone has a condition that your primary or specialist doctors can not diagnose and treat, especially without the use of long term prescription medications, I would highly recommend a consultation with Dr. Borges and his staff at the Life Health Center here in Bountiful, Utah. Dr. Borges is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I have met when it comes to the treatment of Lyme disease. He and his staff will spend several hours a day helping you through the treatment plan. In addition, the staff is first class, extremely knowledgeable, comforting and they provide great emotional and physical support.

Life Health & Research has been an amazing place for my boyfriend to spend the last 2 weeks!!! The care from Dr. Borges, the NP Kirstin, the CNA Dominque, Ernesto the Admissions Director and Sal the CEO has been more personalized, compassionate, deeply powerful than any treatment ever received by myself or my boyfriend!!! The depth of their therapies and knowledge is enormous !!

I don't know what happened in the last three years (when the 5-star reviews were written), but it seems like this place doesn't want to have new patients anymore. Calling them results in it being forwarded to someone who is in the same building as them, but is not them. I've tried sending emails, using the contact form on their website, reaching on on their Facebook page chat, and calling the second number on their website, but none of them resulted in any response. When I finally started getting trickles of information through the person who the phone reaches (who is very nice and seems to be provided with little more information than is on the website), I was told someone would be contacting me, but I've haven't heard a thing for three weeks now. I've pretty much given up, and wanted to leave this review so others wouldn't waste as much time as I have.

A final issue: Their website has either out-of-date or misleading information about financing. They apparently had a deal with a third party insurance billing company to significantly reduce the price, but when contacting them, that deal has long since expired. The price mentioned to me over the phone is also higher than the price on the website.

The most profound 2 weeks of my life. Everybody was amazing and I appreciated their care more than I can express here. This very likely is the best place in the world and what they do!
