Where to begin. My Daughter’s 15nera was in Feb of 2022 and I just got the video edited correctly and final framed portraits (3/28/24)

I had multiple issues arise with every single area in my package ($2800 package)

We were never told that the slide show USB was sent in the box with the signature book on the day of the Quinceanera. So we had no slide show at quince. We later found the slide show but it was missing a-lot of pictures. We were asked to provide a certain number of pictures. I called and let them know that we were not aware that slide show USB was in box but that we watched it and pictures were missing, I emphasized it not being a big deal but if they could please fix it if that slide show is included in her video. I was reassured that it would be fixed for video.

I would call and commute 1.5 hr to studio store. I would be given dates and would show up to pick up and would be told “it will he ready in 2 weeks, we will give you a call when stuff arrives”

I did not get album or video until Feb 2023!!

Album was supposed to be 100 pictures. We selected pictures and sent in our choices via email. We received an album with only 80 pictures. Pictures missing where of half the couples in the court and God Parents.

Large framed portraits were not ready at pick up. I had to confirm pictures and frame colors for them to place order, but no one notified me ahead of time.

The video was bad. The transition were not smooth they were choppy and would cut in middle of important moments.

I gave a Birthday message on video and as I was speaking the camera was spun upside down and faced ceiling as I was in the middle of talking.
Walk in of court of honor was cut off so not all of court was shown. J

Father daughter dance was cut off half way through dance.

Not all Damas and Chambelanes were in video from park.

And SLIDE Show was NOT FIXED and was still the original one from USB that I was reassured would be edited before it was added to video. I had to take back videos next time I went in for pictures.

2 weeks passed by and I did not receive a call or notification that my order was in. I called at about 3 weeks and was told it would be about 3 more weeks because everything was back ordered. If I did not follow up I would not be notified or updated.

When I went in 2nd time to pick up my framed portraits and the pictures in sizes were mixed up. So again we left with no framed portraits.

I turned in album to be fixed and I emailed (as instructed too) the missing pictures.

I was given nee videos and was asked to turn in previous versions. The edits were not made , slide show was not fixed ( it was exactly the same as before) and father daughter dance was adjusted but they also left over 3 awkward minutes of absolutely nothing before it started (Im sure was a petty move because I pointed out that it was cut off).

So after going back and forth with no follow up unless I reached out. I decided to just show up 3/28/2024 and was finally given correct framed portraits and edited video ( I only received 1 of corrected video and my package included 2) with full slide show.

I was still charged a $100 balance that I had already paid ( I take some blame as i did not take receipts this time around) I was told to send picture of receipt and they would zelle back $100.

Highly recommended! I hired them for my wedding and they did an awesome job. They do care about the clients and are willing to work with you to best fit your needs and wants. My wife and I now have a video that we will keep and share with family and friends for the rest of our lives.
Look nowhere else!
