Kendra was extremely rude, refused to allow me to speak with a manager when she could not assist me, refused to provide a badge or ID number, kept talking over me, and told me that she would only help me if I upgraded and paid for additional services I Idid not need. Additionally, Levelset has repeatedly failed to perform the services that I have paid for in a timely manner, which has resulted in EVERY SINGLE LIEN being void due to time bar issues. Do not use this company. Spend the extra and get a lawyer

Levelset was great for the 1st year. We found we did not need as many leins to validate a full year of subscription. When we wanted to go to a pay as you go model they auto charged our credit card over 7K for another year service even though we put in writing we wanted to go to pay as you go. The loop hole for them is that the email did not say we want to cancel. We asked to speak with management, no calls back only emails. We requested to cancel in writing and asked for a refund from the date of "official" email cancel but they refused. I will never use them again and I would not recommend them. Their business practices are not professional.

I am having a great experience working with the company. They have quickly responded to all request and have given a since of security of recovery of a large debt owed to me. Builders with multiple clients would greatly benefit from these services. Easy to track projects and issues with payments. Easy to have letters of payment demand sent out. Tracking of these letters as well. I have seen the one I sent opened 22 times. I guess they got the message and are in full panic mode. There service there alone saved me thousand in legal cost. Glad to know now that these services are available at a fair price. I will be using their services again. Know that I will get paid for my work on this little home in Illinois.

The Levelset Team is always very responsive and helpful. They are knowledgeable and know their platform well, which really contributes to the overall positive experience. I have spoken with Erik several times over the phone and he is always thorough in his explanations, but never long winded. He knows how to direct you to where you need to go to get what you need out of the platform. I would recommend their services to anyone in an industry requiring assistance with lien rights and construction law documents—they provide a tremendous service.
