Brian was instrumental in rectifying a miscommunication and was very professional and helpful. Nick did a great job on the panel install and new outlet install in the crawl space. We have had service from Lee Company in the past which has been OK but not outstanding. However, our last service (on Feb 25,2025) was absolutely amazing. I believe the technician was Keith and he diagnosed our issue, fixed it and was extremely patient and knowledgeable helping us old and electronically challenged people. I had thought about using another company as we will be needing a new compressor shortly, but Keith's incredible service convinced me that we should stay with Lee Company. We were super impressed, very grateful, and now we are warm!

Hello,
I wanted to share a great experience I had recently with Lee Company. I originally called them because I thought I had a thermostat issue, but they discovered something unexpected—an owner’s manual had been left inside the unit, blocking air circulation and causing it to overheat. They also checked the second unit upstairs and found another owner’s manual stuck there as well!

On top of that, they identified a slight gas leak caused by a loose fitting and fixed it right away. Their maintenance program is excellent—just $12 per unit per month (or you can pay annually), which includes routine checkups and inspections.

I highly recommend Lee Company for their thorough, professional, and friendly service!

I’m very pleased with the quick response and service from Lee Company over the holidays. My kitchen sink disposal went out, and Will from Lee Company got it fixed quickly. I thought I was going to have to replace the disposal, but he was able to repair it, and he gave me some tips to keep it working well. I have used Lee Company for plumbing and HVAC issues over the past several years, and I am always pleased with the service.

Lee company out of Cleveland TN was supposed to come and give us an estimate for electrical work today, 3/27/25. They gave us a 2 hour window. We cleared our schedule and waited, and waited, and they never showed up. No call, nothing. No show people from the jump, are unreliable. I'll give my thousands to a better reputable business.

Once again, Lee Company responded promptly and professionally to our needs of replacing our upstairs HVAC system. Jeremy worked well with us to present all options and get us on the schedule. As always, they arrived on the installation day right on time. David and Sam were our technicians and they worked very well together to accomplish all aspects of the installation. I particularly appreciated David seeking my opinion and ideas when it was discovered that the new air handler would need to be oriented horizontally instead of vertically and slightly repositioned. It was a long day for them but they never seemed to rush necessary tasks in an effort to simply get finished. We have used Lee Company for many years and recommend them for all your home maintenance needs.
