Horrible company. Tried to contact them about GDPR and privacy data compliance at their GDPR contact, and I only got silence back. They acknowledged that my ticket had been made, but I got no reply after almost 2 months. I will be reporting this to the relevant authorities. It seems this pattern of silence is common among Learneo, seeing other reviews.

Absolutely disgraceful company. Their subsidiary Symbolab charged me the cost of an annual subscription for months, and refuse to lift a finger to remedy this. After seeing other reviews across the internet, I now realize this is likely a pattern of behavior. Despite dozens of attempts to communicate with support (including Learneo itself), all I received was silence.

Because of their seeming willingness to steal from customers, I advise anyone considering any of their services to look elsewhere. Based on my experience, I can only conclude that this organization, along with its subsidiaries, is the epitome of noxious, rules-be-damned profit-seeking that sees customers simply as bodies to be drained for monetary value.
