Signed with Leap a year ago and a majority of the system is still not functioning properly. Every-time there is an issue they tell us our IT person has to handle it that it’s not on their end. Emails do not automatically go into the system, calendars still don’t integrate properly. Billing is not easy at all. We picked the system for its ability to integrate seamlessly with law pay. Now I’m told they no longer support law pay. The list goes on and on. They want to charge a $6,000 cab elation fee which is allot of money but better than being stuck with this useless system. Stay far away from Leap. Much better systems out there like my case.

Greetings, I just wanted to give a 5 star review to the LEAP Legal Software staff, particularly LORI. She was great! Dealing with tech support can often be frustrating for all kinds of reasons. With Lori, she understood the problem we were having, was professional and supportive in her approach, took the time to go further and research our concerns, and quickly found the answers we were looking for. There was no need to call back, no need to elevate to the next level etc. She even followed up with an email after we were all done. It was a breath of fresh air dealing with her. She made my day! I can not remember having that feeling from tech support, this was real support!

We were having significant difficulty updating a firm template. We engaged in the LEAP Support Chat and were fortunate to work with Lori. She was amazing, Called back instantly, opened a remote session, fixed our template and verified the changes before ending the session. She took a very stressful morning and eased the frustrations allowing us to get back to the business of representing clients. Thank you Lori! Well Done!

Jennifer Elliott has been terrific about walking me through the Leap process. That is important since I am not particularly tech savvy. Daniel Benson has been excellent also. They are a credit to Leap. Keep up the good work!

We have been using several different practice management software platforms over the years. We have used LEAP for roughly one year. It is by far the best practice management software we have used. The software is excellent. The user support is the biggest advantage. The LEAP representatives are readily available and extremely knowledgeable. If I run into an issue it is immediately addressed. LEAP is also open to suggestions on how to improve their software to cater to the different needs of our firm and willing to implement new features in order to improve the functionality of the software. Thank you Misty Petty for helping me through today's issue.

Lori is spectacular! I chatted with her on "Help," and she suggested we speak by phone. She worked hard to accommodate my schedule for the call, and when we spoke, she aced the solution for my problem. She is very friendly, helpful and kind. If I were her teacher, I would give her an A-Plus, and she would graduate with high honors. I hope the next time I need help, I can get it from Lori.

I got a call today from Lori, she wanted to make sure our invoicing issues were resolved, then she did a software update. Lastly i asked her a question about changing the matter titles, she proceeded to spend another 20 minutes with me and we created a matter template that will save me so much time. Thank you, Lori, I really appreciate your patience and a willingness to help.
Today I got a call from Jennifer Elliot. She helped me reverse my billing, make changes and reapply the billing. She is very knowledgeable and I appreciate her assistance

We knew the learning curve transitioning to LEAP would be steep and we were up to the challenge - until we weren't. Admittedly, we tried to figure things out ourselves but only succeeded in making things worse. That's when Jennifer Elliott came in and saved the day! Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable, she kindly and patiently explained things in a way that made sense (and she fixed our mistakes).
