As a sub-contractor I would have to say that LCP Tracker is the only software I have ever used, so I cannot compare it apples to apples with anything else. That being said, their support team is fantastic along with their co-browse sessions to follow along with a patient support team to assisting along the way

ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE!!! ALWAYS CRASHING. SUPPORT STAFF NEVER PICKS UP... LET ALONE RESPOND TO EMAILS. JUST GARBAGE!!! I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHY LOCAL GOVT. CONTINUE TO EXTEND THEIR CONTRACTS WITH THIS COMPANY. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!!!!!!!!! WE CAN'T EVEN MEET OUR WEEKLY DEADLINES WITH THEIR TRACKER.

THE WAGE AND HOURLY DIVISION, DOL, FBI, OIG NEEDS TO HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR GARBAGE ASS PLATFORM THAT IS CONTINUOUSLY CRASHING AND PENALIZE THEM INSTEAD OF COMING AFTER EVERYONE THAT IS FORCED TO USE THIS PRODUCT.

YOUR SYSTEM SHOULDNT HAVE TO CRASH EVERY DAMN WEEK! YOU GUYS ARE BASED OUT OF CALIFORNIA...WE GET IT BUT ARE YOUR DEVELOPERS THAT STUPID AND SLOW. IF YOU CANT FIGURE IT OUT, OUTSOURCE IT OR SELL IT TO ANOTHER DEVELOPER!!!!!!

I have been using LCP Tracker for many years now and while I love their program, their customer service has gotten progressively worse. If you call, be prepared to wait a LONG time for someone to answer (if they do). If you send an email, it takes even longer and they seem to do whatever they can to pawn the issue off on the payroll admin or someone else so they have to do the least amount of work possible. Most of the reps don't seem to understand their own program. I love the program but if you're a first time user, I can definitely see it giving you a bad taste in your mouth. Once they improve customer service, I'll change my review to 4 or 5 stars.

Pretty good experience with LCP tracker. Support responds quickly and will follow up to see if resolved. My payroll person learned the use of this better than other CPR Platforms. This is the best so far

LCPtracker has demonstrated to be an effective choice for me. It reduces my time by making my work cheaper and more productive. It comes with a variety of functions. It is well-designed and has a nice user interface. In addition, the support service responds quickly and is always available whenever I have an issue. The greatest payroll software in the country is LCPtracker!

Terrible software. My bids double if I know I'm going to have to use LCP Tracker. In Colorado, actual wages are nearly twice as much as Davis Bacon wages anyway, so this is a complete waste of time.
***Update, Colorado now requires LCP Tracker for all CDOT projects so we have doubled our bids across the board. We are just as busy but now charge twice as much. Thanks LCP Tracker!

The software is user friendly as well as there are several ways to receive training on how to properly utilize it. The support staff is extremely diligent and quick to respond to support issues and resolving them in a quick and precise timely manner.
