I brought cash, coin dispenser doesn't work. I was able to get the app to work so that worked out. This place needs a deep cleaning. Lots of machines out of order but I assume that's normal here, wasn't too busy so didn't matter.

The app would not accept my credit card, or debit card and the machine would not take my money. The credit card machine on the pay device doesn't work and the coins machine was out of coins so after a while of trying over and over of different cards in the app I had to pack my laundry and leave. Sadly, because the machines are good.

Thanks for the response. Because of the timely response I've given it 4 stars. On the it not taking my money I think the bill was to new possibly, because at the other place it wouldn't take it either and I ended up having to get change.

Used to be so convenient and we utilized this one specifically weekly for the big laundry day. Now there are only 4 dryers working and maybe 4 washers. Everything is either out of order or smells like mildew so bad. Please if someone can fix this we would love to come back to use it but have decided to spend our money elsewhere.

Update: last time I was present was Jan 29th 2025. But hearing over the weekend after my visit things were fixed that is great news. May your business thrive.

This was a very nice laundromat I love that it's open late. I'm a night owl. I also really enjoyed the app being able to use that to pay for my laundry. Got to love technology. The dryers are massive! They also work incredibly well highly recommend this please except one little downfall it's not all that clean it's not disgusting or anything just not super clean I guess you can't really expect any laundromat to be super clean

Almost a whole wall of dryers is out of order and the ones that do work are dirty with chunks of melted gunk, gum etc that I had to scrape off. Some dryers have straight up trash in them. Lint baskets are full. Very dirty floors so If you accidentally drop wet clothes , be prepared to get them coated in dirt and hair.
The money changer machine is out of order and when I tried using my card, it said only cash was accepted currently.
I had to leave and go get coins then come back.
The owners response to any criticism is really off putting. It's not a good look to be combative with your customers.
I'll be going to the washboard like I usually do from now on, they have staff on hand and keep things running well and clean

Fair place to do laundry. Prices are good, machines are updated. Options to pay with change or an app.

I've gone twice now. Once in the evening where the place was pretty trashed. Floors were sticky and garbage was everywhere and cans were full. I assumed after a full day, it's hard to keep up with so many dirty disrespectful people in one small area. So next round I went at 6:30am, but it was not much better. Washer detergent fills were goopy and don't set your basket on the floor. Drop anything, best to rewash it. Would stay away from the tables for folding too.

Besides the exterior cleanliness... the machines have been in good operating condition each visit. Some machines had icky stuff in them (which is out of control of whomever is running this laundromat. Some people are just gross) but the following visit I didn't see the same garbage or stuff in the machines. So, sometime within the week they did find the issues and cleaned it out.

Rating 3 out of 5 due to cleanliness. Everything else is good.

First thing is First, parking sucks, if you have alot of laundry Good luck finding parking near by, Secondly Half of the machines are ether full of Quarters or just don't have an Out Of Order Sing to them so when you put your cloths in and load your laundry soap then realize that the machine is just swallowing your money but will not work because it's stuffed with Quarters or is just out of service. Thirdly half if not more of the dryers same thing Out of order Error Codes or just full of Quarters and the ones that are working will sometimes give you hell when a Quarter or two get stuck and you try to retrieve it Good luck "BRING A SMALL PICK" and last but definitely not least Quarter Exchange Machine is ALWAYS Empty the couple times I have gone one time it actually had Quarters available witch was A HUGE SURPRISE! almost fainted from how existing it was that I didn't have to run to the bank or another laundry mat to exchange my money after the fact that I had already loaded in my clothes into machines. And to who ever runs this establishment UPGRADE THE MOBIL APP AND GET RID OF THAT QUARTER MACHINE BECAUSE PEOPLE THAT AREN'T EVEN DOING LAUNDRY ARE THE ONES TAKING ALL THE QUARTERS OUT AND GOING TO WASH THEIR CARS OR WHO KNOWS WHAT WITH $40 DOLLAS THAT ARE AVAILABLE IN THAT MACHINE. Also a regular check in by the owner to sweep and mop around the machines and folding area's would be amazing, I WAS SUPER EXITED WHEN THE REMODELING HAPPENED BUT THE WAY IT'S BEING RUN AND MAINTAINED DEFENSE SUCKS BECAUSE WE ALL JUST WANT A CLEAN AND RELIABLE ESTABLISHMENT CLOSE TO HOME TO HELP WITH THOSE NEEDS. My two star rate will remain until other wise AND TO ANYONE WHO THINKS ABOUT GOING HERE BE WARNED BRING YOUR QUARTERS IN ADVANCE AND PATIENCE because I know I am not the only one that's ever faced these struggles at this laundry mad, and i hate going down to the laundry mat on 13th and grand but if nothing changes that I fear that's or any other laundry mat will be the best option for all to come. FEEL FREE TO REACH OUT TO ME IF YOU NEED A CUSTODIAN TO KEEP THAT NICE LAUNDRY MAT UP TO PAR.
