A one stop shop! The only place in skagway that has vapes. They have a variety of IPhones and Androids along with any accessories you might need, portable battery chargers, binoculars, Disposable cameras.

Highly recommend!! My phone died and I was freaking out as we were on a cruise. The young man fixed my phone in 30 seconds and was so nice about it!

He was supposed to fix my screen and put a screen protector. He did the worst job I've ever seen. The screen is so cheap that you can see white pixels, the touch is awful and can't even recognize my fingers prints, he didn't even seal it properly and he changed the screen but forgot to connect the smar pen, front camera, microphone I can keep going with all the troubles I have to afford since I trustedt in this store. Unfortunately for me, I had to travel and can not just go back to complain for it and just leave Alaska with a bitter taste in my mouth ?

Hope you read me and improve it.

This place has been phenomenal in customer service.
Not only did I have to buy a phone in a pinch- they made sure my phone number was transferred,restored from backup, and I had enough charge before I left. (I asked for help and they were more than willing to do so)
And when I had a follow up issue - they resolved that with courtesy immediately.

If you need or want something on your trip (Alaska cruise stop for me) - go ahead and just buy it here.

My experience here was far better than any big box retailer I could have gone to.

Alex & Melissa were the BEST! I had an issue with the SIM card in my phone and I didn’t know where else to go and right away they happily greeted me and helped me! It was a long and frustrating process trying to figure out the issue but it finally worked!!! They were so kind and helped me from start to finish. 10/10 THANK YOU GUYS!!!
