I needed a few items printed for my daughter’s birthday party and I chose Laser Copy, because I had used them previously for a similar project.
I was very well pleased how everything turned out and with the help I received. I had questions and they guided me through the answers, after my mistake on editing they gladly fixed it, and then offered assistance, if needed, in putting together my finished product. Service was pleasant from start to finish, affordable pricing, and I loved being able to use/supprt a locally owned store. 10/10 recommend Laser Copy.

On Monday august 19 we sent a package to this address 103 county Road 1203 troy al 36079 the delivery man did not deliver it instead they brought it back to the office that I sent the package from . They said the address was wrong if you look it up on Waze or goggle map it will get you to the address. I didn’t get a call from Larry or no one in office much less took my money to send package of which I think it ought to be refunded. I have always had good service from laser service it’s just u p s fault on this deal . What I had in package was ruined by the time it got back to prattville on Thursday august 22-2024. Next time driver needs to call the number on package to get directions. Bobby has had this correct address for over two years. Please someone listen to my complaint. Thanks Johnny Kelley

A few years back I shipped a package here with a prepaid Fedex label. They refused to give me a reciept. Needless to say the package never showed up, nor did tracking show that Laser Copy even had it. Fact is tracking only showed that the label was created. Bunch of crooks..

Wonderful place. Stopped in to grab a gift for my mom's birthday the very next day. I had absolutely no idea what to get but the sales associate asked a couple questions and was able to find her the perfect gift, a giant print NIV Bible and carrying case. It was perfect! She even wrapped it up and put it in a gift bag and had it ready...I didnt have to do anything except give it to Mom. This woman was God sent and truly an amazing woman who took the time to help me...oh and she's beautiful too. 😍

A few months ago, I went to the UPS store and their system was down. I was trying to send a package back to eBay. Laser not only was able to send it for me, they helped me fill out the return paperwork and removed the heavy package from my car with a smile! I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend their services! They’re awesome!

This is a great location, I really enjoy using there services. I primarily use them as a drop off point for packages. They do have PO Boxes, sell packing material, and misc Christian items. The only down fall is it is one of the most expensive places to print when printing materials. I still print there to sort of “assist” with keeping the printing company running, but if you are printing commercially or daily there are definitely cheaper options if you are solely looking for the best rates.

They are the best place in town if you need anything safely packed, shipped or insured. No long lines and they are super friendly! I never go to the post office, it is worth the little bit of extra money for the friendly staff!
