One of your middle aged Bengali security officers needs a lesson on manners. We were there for an event and a Bengali security officer/guard spoke SO rudely to my friend for sitting on a bench! She was clearly feeling unwell and waiting bc I went to the bathroom. I understand if people are supposed to leave after an event but we needed to put on our coats and it was so rainy AND my friend had a hugeee migraine and looked sick! There is no need to try to usher her out w pure rudeness and inconsideration. We were preparing to go! We both regret not calling your supervisor but we remember your face well. Ik you thought you could get away w talking to “unimportant” Bengali woman that way but funny thing is she works for cuny and she could definitely make sure you answer for your behavior. Both of us will be looking for your boss next time we come by so make sure you learn some manners by then. Ik you talked to her like that bc you talk to alll Bengali women w disrespect. Absolutely abhorrent behavior.

Based on the way my girlfriend talks about her Paralegal courses, this school is strictly in the business of *selling* certifications… NOT *EDUCATING*.

She’s in a virtual class as I type this. In the 31 minutes since her class started, her professor has paused class twice. Once to take a phone call and another time to answer his front door and chat with whoever was there.

Last class session was canceled because the dude was busy trying to find his lost cellphone. I mean… this it’s just a complete joke.

A different class a few months ago involved her professor rambling about law for two hours and then assigning homework that had questions with the most ambiguous phrasing you can imagine. In other words it was very difficult to understand what the question was even asking you to do.

Nobody in charge at this Community College seems to care about the quality of the education being provided, so if you actually want to LEARN stuff, don’t enroll here.

College is good but staff at admission office are worse.Very bossy and if we ask 2nd time because it is unclear for us they started shouting to everyone. They should be given customer service training. They are the first staff everyone have to see whoever want to join college. They are the first impression and they are what makes the college impression very down. They keep shouting to almost everyone who tries to ask 2nd question because of unclear matter.Never feel helpful or welcomed at LaGuardia admission C-107. Worst staff

I used to be a former student here from the fall semester of 2023 to December of 2023. I agree with most of the reviews about how staff here in Laguardia are unable or unwilling to help. I took a few classes here and instantly regret it. The classes I took back in the fall of 2023 is LIF 101- and First-Year Seminar. The professor was very rude don't give a shit about you but only care about you submitting the assignment on time. they also have an ASAP (accelerated in associate programs) here in Laguardia the advisor is little to no help with you what so ever and thats a few of the main reasons why i left. Now i am a current student at Bmcc doing way better there for NYCPS Seniors i advocate you to please do yourself time and money here and do not go here
thanks

I had a horrible experience at C107. I went there seeking for financial help and they acted bossy. The lady with the spectacles acted as if like she was giving out the aid from her pocket. She threatened me that she'll remove my aid if I don't leave the office. My question is do they have that authority? Is the aid given out and based on their mood ?
Worst experience 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Staff are really unwilling to help. No one cares about you, you're just another number. I have struggles because of disability and I was offered very little assistance. If you run into any troubles or questions that can't be answered with a simple yes or no don't expect much help. Each department will not communicate with each other so unless you know exactly what you need you won't get anywhere. They just want to move you along whether they've helped you or not. The whole process has made me feel hopeless.
