Just had the most ridiculous conversation with this insurance company's manager, Kathy. As a former independent insurance agency owner, that's saying alot! She was completely unprofessional and condescending to me and the policy holder. I cannot believe this company is still in business. So sad for the policyholders who are paying for nothing!!

Absolutely do not get insured by them! If I could give them less than a star I would. Their customer service consists of threats, fear mongering, and the worst disrespect I've ever seen from a company that's still in business. The insurance adjuster that they contract is so incompetent and has absolutely no business being in the business.

Tried to stay local but finally found a new provider. Within a 24 hr time period, my sister was unconscious in ICU (she didn't make it) and my mother had a stroke. Their surveyor came out for random site check and said I had no pride of ownership because my yards weren't mowed and picked up. My mortgage payment went up $200 bucks a month. It was not a time in my life that I wanted to have to defend myself. Other issues, but this is the main reason along with them nor wanting to provide liability insurance. Go somewhere else if you are reading this. Good day. 🙂
