This place isn't really for me. I'm physically disabled, but not like in a wheelchair. It's a good place to work for people that are mentally unequipped to handle the tasks of competitive paying employment, which are the kind of jobs that I've had since I was 15. It is piece work, which means that you're paid by what you do and not by the hour. Most of the work requires some physical dexterity, which makes me one of the slowest ones there, as well as knowing that I'm also one of the most intelligent ones there also. This is why it's not a good fit for me. It might be a good fit for you or someone that you know that may not have the mental capacity to hold down a job in the competitive paying world. It may give them a better since of purpose, pride in being a contributing citizen and a little more money in their pockets.
