As if workers in the USA needed any more barriers to organising themselves... In an ultra-capitalist state like the US, unions are the only real means for workers to try to grasp a fair share of the profits they generate and the conditions they work under.

They bring Union busting consultants into businesses to bully unionizing employees and try to scare them out of winning their rights. Wildine Pierre was contracted through them to come to the place I work and tell us that we were uneducated and emotional. She joked about us having emotional outbursts. It was disgusting.
