I’m writing to express my deep frustration with the poor customer service I experienced today. I arrived at your location at 11:10 AM, and the sign on the door clearly stated that doors would open at 11:30 AM, which also aligns with the information listed online.

However, 11:30 came and went, and the doors remained closed. A line began to form, and still, no one came to assist or provide any updates. We waited patiently, but no one answered the phone when we called for clarification. It wasn’t until 12:00 PM that someone finally came out, only to say the doors wouldn’t open until 12:15 PM — over an hour past the expected time.

To make matters worse, the staff member who finally addressed the line was rude and dismissive, showing no concern for the growing frustration of the customers who had been waiting in the heat with no communication. The way she responded to people knocking on the door was highly unprofessional.

This experience was completely unacceptable and left me — and many others — feeling disrespected and disappointed. Being made to wait outside for over an hour with no updates, no communication, and rude treatment is not the standard any business should uphold.

I hope this message is taken seriously, and steps are taken to improve both communication and professionalism moving forward.

EXTREMELY LONG WAIT if you don’t have an appointment, like “my figurative children grew up without me” long. So i recommend you book an appointment unlike me. The staff could move a tad faster, however they do the best they can and I always see them trying to, I guess they’re understaffed. All the staff are friendly and professional, no one was rude and it’s nice to see people enjoying their job. The staff are caring with everyone, kids and seniors included. The lab offers general blood lab services and normal testing akin to a lab of this size. The check-in is easy breezy, especially if you have you’re a returning patient.

I have my lab results with lab corp. sometimes I go to their location which is always easy breezy when I make an appointment The phlebotmy techs are always super nice ! have never had to wait more than 15 minutes. If I have blood drawn at Dr. office I can always get online for my lab results.

The worst lab testing site please don’t come here be prepared to waste your time and have them defer off their responsibilities because they’re closing in an hour. Not to mention they take unreasonable breaks during the middle of their open hours. Waste of time.

Very rude staff i got there and they were closed and i was just dropping off and the staff was rude and botherd i understand i should of got there on time but that doenst give the staff the right to be rude, if your not a people person you should be working with people then.

i would love give this place 0 star if i could . they have stupid sytem ever for walk in patient . my mum came at 6 am before we check in machine sytem tell ask us a question " we can take care you arround 7:30am to 8 am so are you availble to wait ? " so i decide to wait but that is not 8am , i wait until 9am and they dont call her yet ,when i go to ask someone work over there he told me i need to wait coz they have people for appointment and people have appointment they check in every 5 minute . i dont care who has appoinment but if you cant take care patient on time like you tell us to wait then you better tell us to go home . dont ask if we can wait until 8am for 2hours until 9am and not call us and give us a stupid reason because of the appointment . another people they have something to do for living too not just only wait for your dam labcorb . i wont take my mum there again .
