We worked with Randy and he found us a beautiful camper for a cost we could afford. He was punctual and went out of his way to help us make this happen.
Kunes really has a wonderful environment. Each person we dealt with through this process was personable and kind. Also exceptional hands on playfulness with our young kids.
They even pulled our camper in the shop on pickup day to go over all the bells and whistles with us out of the cold!
Highly recommend!

For the most part, we were treated very well when we came to buy our motorhome. They were even kind enough and understanding enough to know we were driving almost 7 hours, one way, with our dogs. They allowed our dogs inside while we signed papers, and inside the RV as we looked at it, which was very nice.

They knew we were in a rush, as we had to turn around and drive all the way back home the same day. I felt slightly taken advantaged of when it came to signing the papers. We had told them we wanted to buy the RV, but they added on a lot of extra things, and yes, it was my fault that I was tired and not paying attention enough to what was happening. But then we were told he could "take it off" if we didn't think we would use it, or we could revisit it in a year and have it removed. I have sent text after text asking to have it removed, which I think is some type of warranty, and so far with no luck. I get a response for some things, but not for the thing I want an answer on.

We barely met the sales guy I worked with online, which was fine, we knew we were rushing things along. They gave us a once over of the RV, and the girl coughed the entire time, and barely knew how anything worked. Again, that was fine, as we have owned RVs before and we have a manual.

We are happy with our purchase, but I just feel slighted by the pushyness of the finance person a bit, and of the sale person after trying to sell us things off the floor. I get it, it's what dealers do, but it just felt like a bit much to me.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our motor home, the whole staff worked to find a deal right for us. They made us feel like we were the most important customer there, and made sure we had plenty of time to check it out and answered all our questions. Thank you so much to the whole staff

If you are thinking of buying a camper from Kunes look elsewhere. I went to purchase a used camper from Kunes in Suamico. We went to look at the camper a pop up in March. They had the camper up to view the inside but we were allowed only 5 minutes to look it over. We asked if the canvas was waterproofed and were assured they followed the Department of Wisconsins RV buying guide. Fact of the matter is the product we were promised was not what we received. We were told camper was like manually crank up however they had to use a drill to raise and lower the camper. They broke a cable in the process and then tried to tuck it in so we wouldn’t see it. They checked the manual crank as working when it clearly wasn’t. The canvas also was marked as good condition however we went on 1 trip and it drizzled one day and it leaked now the canvas is shredding. We were told the stove would work, it did not. The sales person was pushy made us decide within 15 minutes, he was not there for orientation to show us how everything worked. They brought someone from the repair center to do the orientation and he had no clue what he was doing or how things worked. When we called to explain our displeasure in the experience we received and how the paperwork lied about everything working we were dismissed and cut off while we were explaining the issues. We understood the sale was an as is condition however that voids when they use the department of Wisconsin checklist and mark things as working when in actuality it does not. If I could give Kunes a 0 out of 10 I would. I will NEVER purchase another camper from them. In the future I will go to a company who actually cares about their clients.

Update- the response from Kunes under this review just proves more they don’t actually care. The email that is provided to contact them does not exist.

We bought a travel trailer from Kunes Neenah. They did a great job on the orientation and delivery. However, part of the contract was Kunes was to provide storage at their Oregon, Wisconsin location until we would take the trailer to Arizona a day or two after Christmas. So I towed it down to Oregon to store at Kunes there as a "test drive" and because it was near where my daughter lived in Oregon and on the way to AZ.. But right after thanksgiving Kunes Oregon called me and said they were moving to Deforest and were closed Dec 14 to Jan 2 and I would be unable to remove my trailer during that time. Kunes never disclosed to me that I could not pick it up during this period or I would never have stored it at their Oregon site. 1) Kunes would make no arrangement for me to pick up Dec 23-26 whatsoever even though I said they could leave it outside and unsecured and I would put a lock on the hitch and assume liability. I then said I would have to drive down from Door County with my truck just to pick it up and put in some local storage near Oregon, then drive the 180 miles back to Door County. I asked that since Kunes were paying to move it from their storage in Stoughton to Deforest could they simply move it to the storage I had arranged near Oregon (which was a much shorter tow for them than to Deforest). 2) Kunes would not do this either and stated I would have to pick it up in Deforest myself and tow it to the Oregon storage I had arranged. I asked they leave it in Stoughton or Oregon and I would pick it up there on Dec 12. 3) Kunes said no, they were going to tow it to Deforest regardless of what I wanted and I must pick it up there. Finally I called Kunes Neenah and asked that since they had promised me storage through Dec 31st but were forcing me to pick up the trailer Dec 12 could they provide a $100 gift certificate to their store to compensate me for the promise they had broken and the $100 I had to pay to store it at another location near Oregon (not to metion 360 miles round trip I would have to do to move it 5 miles.. 4) Kunes said no but they would transport the trailer from Madison to Neenah and I could pick it up there. This made no sense as it is farther from AZ and would cost Kunes more than the $100 gift cert I had asked for. to move it back to Neenah. In summary Kunes failed me 4 times as noted above, showed no flexibility to their customer, broke the storage promise they made when I purchased the trailer. Kunes Oregon showed no interest in the situation they put me in or in working to satisfy me in any way.

Working with Kunes has been the worst experience of my life. I bought my camper in 2021 have had nothing but issues with service and warranty. Travis the salesman was awesome, Unfortunately they don't apparently have people like him in service and warranty. I've had warranty issues since 2021 that have still not been fixed I literally just picked up my camper a week ago and paid cash for these warranty issues to be fixed got home and none of the issues that I asked to be fixed are fixed. I literally walked the service woman through the campers showing her the items showing her what was wrong and apparently that was too complicated for them. I don't know if I'm supposed to stand there and hold their hands while they fix it but I literally paid for this stuff to be fixed I've dropped the camper off multiple times for this stuff to be fixed and none of it has been fixed. Do not use this place for anything, 0 out of 10 do not recommend.

Great place! Stopped and looked at RVs for an hour and no sales people bothered us. That's a nice switch from other RVs dealers that the sale's people hound you like tics. I'm sure if I had asked someone would have helped us, but we didn't need anyone to look at the specific RV I'm interested in purchasing in the future.
