Kroger pick up has gone so down hill that I cannot even trust this service to use it anymore! I take care of special needs people who cannot always get out or be left alone for in store shopping. I depend on being able to use this service. They are constantly late; or have you arrive and last time waited 45 min to tell us the order wasn’t going to be filled.
They do NOT substitute even when items ARE in the store. Horribly disappointed in this service.

The tall black girl on the front end was extremely rude, had an attitude.. acted like she didn’t want to help me .. I understand it being busy and short staffed but never should you take that out on the customer that patrons your store. The front end needs some serious work cause all the workers look either upset or annoyed like they don’t want to be bothered.

So an employee stocking the refrigerated section, slammed the refrigerator door into me while I was trying to retrieve an item.
I thought maybe it was accidental. However, when I reached for another door, she stepped in front of me and yanked the door wide open.
I called this to her attention and she began rudely mumbling about the situation. I did not expect this behavior from an employee. Customer service training is desperately needed!

I'm sorry but I can't give this place a higher review for the fact of expired food, not just a day or week or even a month, I'm talking 5 months past expiration. Yes 5 months!!. It was bought on 11-10-24 and the box of a certain item that I bought expired June of 24. I was in disbelief. It was my fault for not checking but I'm thinking it's Kroger, I don't have to but buddy was I wrong!! Take my advice and check all your dates.

It looks like they’re upgrading to a supersize Kroger. Even in the midst of construction things were not difficult to find. Look forward to coming back to the Midsouth next year and seeing all the upgrades

Went here specifically to get the rest of my son‘s WIC, they didn’t even have his milk in stock at all and I got all of his veggies and when I got to the cash register, I wasn’t even able to pay with my WIC card for some reason so I had to buy everything with the money I didn’t have to be spending I will be going to Walmart next time.

The place is clean very good. Employees are nice. I went to get beef bologna for a customer. It was 2 1/2 dollars cheaper not far away.

If anyone who orders the Dr. Kelly Ann bond broth they have it on sale right now! If you buy 3 more boxes you get them for 3.99 this is not a digital coupon for those whom do that but those who order the product online this is a really good sale price for this particular item.

I also took a picture of the nutritional facts and ingredients it is a wonderful form of protein!
