Terrible experience. I called Sunday morning to ask if I could use a Kohls gift card in Sephora in Kohls and Lisa from customer service rudely told me no, giving no time to explain. Then I went to the store and into Sephora and I was able to use my gift card with no issue. Absolutely disappointed with the customer service from the store. Train your employees better, especially Lisa from customer service.

I'm disappointed.. I purchased a pair of pants that got stained in different areas with the first wash and when I go to return it, it turned out I used khols cash so I wasn't able to return it for store credit. I wasn't looking to get cash for it since I am a loyal customer, but its insane how I spend so much money there and I can't even get store credit for a return of one inexpensive item. I will not be returning!

It's easy to find what you're looking for and there's always a friendly face to help you find what you need if you have any trouble the store is very very clean bathrooms included the people are very friendly and the quality of the items in the store are awesome and the prices are great I love to shop at Kohl's

I only love the clearance at kohls I absolutely do not like any of the prices in the rest of the entire store but the clearance can be amazing at times not most of the time but at times they can definitely have some good clearances… they have nice big clean restrooms as well that smell good and not like a chevron bathroom

Very well stocked and clean store. I used Kohl's as a return point for a package and was given the customary store coupon for using them. It was good for 2 weeks, which was very convenient. The staff at the customer service area were friendly, and the process was fast. Highly recommend them for shopping and a package return location.
