I needed some jerseys for an event in a short amount of time and Kinetic Society got them to me a week before they were needed. The customer service from this company is amazing. Tony kept in contact with me throughout the whole process and gave me updates. The jerseys came out amazing and looks just like the mockup draft they provided. I 100% recommend this company!!

I got a jersey as apart of a group order, and I love it. The quality is 10/10 and feels the same as my vintage jerseys that I paid hundreds for. I would recommend 100%!

i am giving 5 stars not because of the product but because of the absolutely amazing customer service I received from a team member named Frances. She was super helpful, understanding and helped me fix the issue I had with my order. I received a call back in an orderly time and she was kind and had great customer service skills which I find to be rare. She was definitely an IT girl for me! Because of the great service and kindness i received from her.. she is the sole reason i will be ordering from this company again in the future anyone should be lucky if they are able to work with her to get something fixed in the future

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They will take your money and ghost you.

If I could give this company negative stars, I would. My boyfriend’s fraternity ordered from them last year and were promised that the jerseys would be on time. The company changed the arrival date multiple times and just barely got the jerseys to them on time… like literally the day of their event.
His fraternity decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered from them again this year, as the person that they spoke to was very apologetic and offered a discount in exchanged for good reviews. Yet again, though, this company managed to royally mess up. They delivered the jerseys late. And on top of that, they were the WRONG JERSEYS. From then on, there was no attempt to rectify the situation. There’s been no contact, it’s been over a month, and they still haven’t received the correct jerseys.
The lack of professionalism and communication is sad and honestly, disgusting. This company essentially stole $3k and ghosted.

Just to circle back on the discount… when reading their “good review”, take into account that they likely offered discounts and incentives for those reviews as well.

The last group order we had for my fraternity’s jerseys came out great! There were no issues whatsoever in the quality, the customization was cool, and we got them in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend working with Kinetic Society for big group orders as they are also good with communicating in a timely manner.

Final update: I believe in being authentic, so I am not going to say my experience with Kinetic was seamless, because it was not. Although initially I was on the receiving end of some of the company’s growing pains, I do believe they are a company willing to learn from errors made along the way and that ultimately they appreciate their customers and want to do right by them in producing both quality and stylish products. After all is said and done, I received a quality jersey that my son absolutely loves.

I must say, Allie is a phenomenal asset to Kinetic. After posting my last review, she contacted me to offer her assistance in addressing the issues I had. She patiently listened to me voice my frustration over a lack of communication and the extensive delays I had been experiencing with my order. She provided me with what I had all along been seeking…excellent customer service. She made a point to provide timely follow up on the whereabouts of my replacement order. Additionally, the efforts by Kinetic Society to rectify my situation were very generous and I thank them for that.

Previous update: Still have not received my order. They still have not refunded my money as I requested. Still no communication on their part.

Not receiving my order and a failure by Kinetic to adequately respond to my multiple status update requests is the reason for my poor rating. Whether they accept a single $100 order or larger group orders, professionalism and good customer service should always be the goal.
