I have been using Jeff Tabor at Kalos for over fifteen years and the last three years have been using Brian Carr and he is exceptional also ! The office is super efficient and now they have a new, electronic filing system that was super friendly to use and made this years tax preparation a breeze . I have done them with Brian over the phone and the ability to use this new system for correspondence and filing was simple and painless . I even paid over the new system which was wonderful . The staff such as Roxanne remembers who you are and answers questions with ease . Thank you for a great experience again . I even purchased protection for any audits for 75.00 which gives me peace of mind . I have never been audited but knowing I have this is great . If you are looking for a great office with integrity and skill look no further than KALOS in Hemet Ca. and phone service is so simple. Thank you Kalos for another wonderful experience again and helping my stress level diminish with this process . This was our third or fourth year using Kalos. I moved from a higher volume tax preparer on the coast that seemed to be just going through the motions. The information collecting INTUIT link made getting my info to Kalos quite simple. A couple of phone calls to clarify some issues and my taxes were completed. Our phone calls were handled promptly and courteously by the office staff. We were able to sign the forms online and file without going into the office. The refund was directly deposited into our account. Easy Peasy...
