RICK, is really great this was a fast repair, computer in and out in about 30 minutes. Have taken 2 other computers in for service, always happy with work and information that Rick gives. Think prices are fair also. I don't think you can go wrong with Rick/JUNGLES

My work laptop was acting up. I thought it was the fan so did some research and took it to Jungle PC in Fort Mohave.
Rick diagnosed the problem before he even opened up the laptop. Bottom line, he could have sold me a new fan or a battery but he didn't. My battery was corroding and because of the age of the laptop, he recommended I just run on the power cord. He cleaned it up, installed Windows updates, checked for viruses, etc. I had my laptop back in 24 hours and it's been working great. Oh, and his pricing was much lower than I expected. I won't go anywhere else. Very happy with the service.

Going to a new computer repair site, can be a bit intimidating, but I found the owner to be professional, courteous, and has a knowledge of computers that I found trust worthy. I didn't feel over charged for the work done, and he explained everything repaired. I will be going back. Thank you Rick

My husband uses his computer only to play pogo games. It’s old and very slow and he hasn’t been able to play his games for some time now so he bought a new computer not knowing that he has to change the browser in his new computer in order to play his pogo games.
We went to Jungle PC to find out whether my husband’s old computer is worth saving and to get help in changing the browser in his new computer. Rick changed the browser and set up his computer so that all he has to do to access his pogo games is to click on either one of the two icons Rick created on his new computer. Rick did not charge us for this service. Rick then cleaned up the old computer and set it up so my husband can easily access his pogo games. Rick basically kept the old computer running as best as it could. The charge was minimal.
Obviously, my husband and I were extremely satisfied with the service and cost. Rick is very knowledgeable, very professional, and we know we can depend on him to help us in the future. Rick is also very pleasant to talk to and very patient with us because we don’t know a whole lot about computers. Rick explained to us in simple words what he was doing and we were able to understand him. Rick, thank you so much for a job well done.
I highly recommend Jungle PC. Rick is the best!
