We recently asked Joe to help with our home network. Our initial network was set up 5 years ago by Integrated Audio but they no longer do residential work in Fountain Hills. We started having trouble with our SONOS, AppleTv/Netflix, and other streaming services buffering more than normal and the SONOS Soundbar was dropping periodically. I should have paid more attention when the system was originally installed but I had no place to start because I did not have passwords to the gateway or the extender and did not understand the setup. I also did not know if we needed newer technology since it was set up 5 years ago.
Thanks to Joe, we now fully understand our network setup and it is operating as efficiently as possible. The buffering and skipping problems have been resolved. I would highly recommend Joe's service if you are having issues with your current network of if you would like to set up a new network. Please feel free to reach out to me for additional information.

I can only say that I am a lucky lady to have found Joe! I needed some serious help setting up a new email address and also having to find a new Internet provider in our area. Joe came to my house right away and spent a lot of time with me. He understood my anxiety and answered every question and "showed" me how to deal with new things that I wasn't familiar with. He also was kind enough to meet my husband and me at our new Internet provider's office just in case we needed his thoughts on what we might need at our house. He is kind, patient and knowledgable.
