Appointment was set when I called office and Brian the tech provided a courtesy call when he was headed our direction that day. He provided diagnosis and explained why the furnace had issues. He had us up and going temporarily in no time and let us know that the part that was needed had been ordered and someone would contact me when the part arrived and to set up a second appointment for the repair. This indeed happened and Brian came back out had the furnace back up and running. Great communication and service by this company. Will use again if we ever have heating and AC issues in the future.

Friendly, fast, knowledgeable & efficient. Really not much more you can ask from a company. Diagnosed, ordered and installed our inducer motor within just a few days (parts and small towns take time). These folks are great and the young woman that schedules the appointments is incredibly patient. Big thanks to her. Definitely our new go to for our HVAC needs.

Jesse Owens Heating and Air came highly recommended by my parents. When our air conditioner went out, they were able to work me in to an already busy day. Absolutely exceptional service. Our AC failed during one of the hottest weeks this summer. Being new to town, we didn’t have a go to for HVAC repairs so we gave Jesse a call. He said he could come by first thing in the morning. He arrived exactly when he said he would, diagnosed the problem quickly and had us up and running in no time at all. Jesse Owens and his crew installed a complete heating and cooling system in my home. They had to install duct work in the attic as well as configure a unit for my laundry room. I was so pleased with how neat and tidy they left everything. The unit itself was set up in an efficient way that is well organized. It was great to simply adjust the thermostat to feel the house get warm and cozy!! Jesse estimated that the job would take two days to finish but they completed it earlier than expected! I will recommend Jesse and his crew to my family and friends.
