Should’ve kept it how it was. Came to fix my cracked iPad Pro screen. Came to pick it up it had lines across the screen I let the front desk know, she said let her know if they continue. They continued and got even worse. Took it back and they didn’t fix it just said they have to charge me more even though it was there from the start. Front desk had recommended I put a hard case on to further protect it. While placing it into the case the screen cracked in every way possible. I wish I would’ve kept my screen the way it was. Now I have to pay another $300 something to fix it again. Could’ve just bought a new iPad.

I came here around a month ago to have a camera lens replaced. When it was being replaced, I assumed it would have authentic parts. As it turns out, they returned it to me with 3rd party parts, but by that point it was too late.
Within a month, the 3rd party camera broke again. I brought it back to them because it was clearly defective and they said that they would only replace it for a discount of only $20, which isn’t even half off. I went ahead and had it done because it’s better than having a defective camera, but the whole thing left a very bad taste in my mouth.
For this much money I could have easily gotten a higher quality camera that didn’t break after only one month of VERY gentle use. I can’t recommend this place and I really recommend anyone go elsewhere if they need parts replaced.

They were not able to fix my phone, iPhone XR, It turned on before they touched it. After $35 bucks later, it became an expensive paper weight.
Don't bring your phone here. Unprofessional, poor customer service, and they don't know what they're doing.
If I were you, I'd rather bring my iPhone to an Apple store. who has original parts and has more tools that third-party service stores like this one don't have access to.

Overall pretty good. They had to fix some stuff for my phone. Overall great work. My only complaint is that I had to take it to them 2 times for 2 separate repairs and both times they didn't do a very good job at gluing the plastic back on the back of the phone. I should also mention that the plastic is cracked, but still. I know when I gave it to them the back had already been glued down all the way. Both times they gave it to me with pieces of it still lifting. It's like an extra minute worth of gluing that would have gotten the 5 stars.

I had charging issues with my android phone a couple of times....was told my charging port needed replacing....the price they charged was reasonable...but the repair only seemed to last for 3 months...they did take care of me no complaints there....well my phone wasn't charging again..so took to another repair shop....they told me my charging port was never replaced... if it was replaced..it would have a emblem or aftermarket sticker on it....seems they possibly just cleaned it....and still charged me for a new part...just fyi.....I paid 45 bucks with new shop...with a year warranty if defective...and free repair if it stops charging...
