Working with Slappey has been one of the best decisions I've made in the past year. Most companies I've worked with either don't service their own hardware (subcontract service out to a 3rd party) or have the expertise to make your phone work seamlessly with your other office technology. Slappey has been excellent as they service all of their own equipment. Plus, I now have a local person I can get on the phone rather than calling an 800 number and getting stuck in limbo.
