Kraft has been AMAZING for our agency. All the guys (Hunter, Drew, Austin, Basil, Andrew, Kyle, Brian, Garrett) we have had the privilege of working with have gone above and beyond!
Hunter works the majority of our tickets and does so quickly, accurately, and efficiently. My husband and I own a roofing company. Kraft Technology Group has had my back for approximately 7 years. They provide 24/7 security and protection to all of our computers at the office, even our laptops that we take home. Anytime I've had a problem, I just pick up the phone and call them. They jump on the phone, connect right to my screen and fix the issue right then. Any major problems we had, they come to us to fix it. They are all very intelligent, nice people and truly are great to work with. I know that I can always count on them!
