My first day using the software didn't go as smooth, shocker! But I called support and a kind voice answered and his name was Harry. I was literally panicking, cause I was 20 mins away from opening and my touch screen and customer display was not working. Harry was so calm and kind and just had this relaxed vibe about him, that I immediately was cool and calm. Harry was able to get it to finally work, with 2 minutes to spare before opening. The support team at IT Retail was responsive, the reason for the 4 stars was the after hours support was not so much!

Ravi was very helpful. We seem to have an on going issue with this point of sale, and he took the time to do additional steps to fix the problem and not just make fix what I had going on at the time. Hopefully he has done these steps so we don't continue to have this problem. He was very helpful and nice to work with.

Support is very slow (often times a nightmare). They will also increase billing year after year without prior approval and regardless of the terms of your initial contract. When you call to get the billing increases reversed you get put in an infinite phone loop and it is nearly impossible to speak to the accounting department.
