I have had a lot of interactions with IT Pros through work. Most recently, I had laptop issues and had an appointment with Alejandra to troubleshoot the problems. She was fantastic to deal with and quickly took care of my tech issues with a new laptop. If I could give her or IT Pros more than 5 stars, I would.

I personally work with IT Pros via Burbank Urgent Care, as a front office receptionist it is crucial for us to work closely following HIPPA law. With IT pros, they make it very simple to understand what information falls under HIPPA compliance. They also provide better security measures to ensure there is no data leak with PHI.

Also, Randy and Lupe are amazing, kind people, they listen attentively to the problem and resolve in a timely manner.

IT Pros gets the job done. in terms of the handful of requests I've made to the team, all of them were addressed accordingly. The turnaround was so fast on some of my tech problems that I missed some of their calls. They responded that quickly! In a good way, they're present to help. There was a system issue that affected many people besides me. Even though this concern took a bit longer to get fixed, I'm glad it was completely taken care of with no further maintenance needed. The team is very supportive, always on time with their feedback, and always available. I have enjoyed working with this team and I can't stress enough how loyal they are.
