We do day to day management of Exchange but when it comes to keeping it patched from known vulnerabilities I solely rely on ISG. Ramiro skills are top notch and I can always rely on him to keep us safe from known hacks. He emails me to notify of newly discovered vulnerabilities keeping us safe and secure. The City of Cape had an urgent need of resolving a new issue where our ASA was setting an automatic SHUN for local workstations which then the could not access the Internet. I discovered this late in the evening. I emailed ISG support and they assigned Jeremy Reese early the next morning to assist in correcting. He found the reason why the ASA was setting the auto shun and corrected. Also on a side note going through the logs Jeremy found why the workstations were being shunned. We discovered they were trying to access an IP number that no longer existed. Thanks to Jeremy's knowledge the situation was resolved in an hour and we are working again. Excellent services from ISG once again. Also I am considering working with ISG to implement auto shun.
