Ironwood Cancer Center (Gilbert location) has been absolutely amazing!

First you’re greeted by Lisa & Jen- both are super friendly and amazing. They truly make you feel welcome every time you walk in the door. Super friendly and nice. Always a smile on their faces and so nice.

Dr. Mendonca is the most caring Doctor. She truly cares about each patient as an individual and has goes above and beyond in caring for her patients.

In the treatment room, Kaitlyn is so friendly and nice, always a smile on her face. All of the nurses are all amazing in the treatment room. Megan, Sharon, Courtney can make any patient feel better while undergoing treatment.

I’d highly recommend Ironwood Cancer Center to anyone! Amazing staff all around.

Ironwood Cancer Center is the best!! All employees you encounter smile, acknowledge you and are very helpful. Dr Bhalla, Jenny and Brandy are an awesome team!! I don’t feel rushed, they take their time explaining and answering questions. I’m very grateful and blessed to have their guidance through this journey. The CT Scan and Fusion staff are wonderful also.

Dr. Mantripragada is truly outstanding – not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, but he also takes the time to listen and make sure you feel comfortable and informed about every aspect of your care. Great bedside manner. His assistant, Wini, is just as wonderful. She’s kind, compassionate, and makes the entire process seamless. He has been my doctor and he has been excellent in treating me and performing my surgery.
He explained every to me was very supportive, calm , informative and has a brilliant mind regarding chemotherapy and state of the art surgical procedures!

I have been going to Dr. Mantripragada for a few years now and I refuse to see anyone else! he’s so friendly and so thorough every time I come in for a check up. he’s honest, clear & concise. he’s quite funny too, which is an added bonus!! he’s seriously the best. I’ve never written a doctor review before. However, I have enjoyed working with Dr. Mantripragada. We worked together to create a course of action that did not include rushing to surgery like some wanted me to do. 13 months later no trace of cancer through the grace of God. Dr. takes his time to discuss things thoroughly and has a pleasant personality. Highly recommend him if you’re in need of this type of care.

When faced with such a life altering diagnosis as cancer in any form, one can only hope to find a doctor - much less a team of doctors - that is compassionate, knowledgeable, up-to-date on the latest treatment options, and (most importantly in my book) sees me - the patient - as an individual with valid perspectives on my own healthcare. This was exactly my experience with the team of doctors who worked with me throughout my treatment over this past year and a half. In particular, Dr. Mendonca has been amazing! She’s knowledgeable, caring, attentive, a bit no-nonsense (which I value!) and readily answered my and my spouse’s questions without hesitation.
