Took my iPhone 15 in Lady was nice but she didn’t read us the terms and agreements that service is non-refundable. Got my phone back. It won’t turn on. Tried fixing it at another location and the hardware that she put in my phone messed up the other repair man‘s computer. I called her about twice that day and she said that it was nothing on her end. Yeah, I took it to four other locations and they all said the same thing that it was her fault.. Now I can’t get my refund and I am out of a phone that I’ve only had for about five months. And the thing I went in there for a replacement screen. So I don’t understand how the wiring is messed up if it was only the screen that was supposed to be fixed

This place is a scam they messed my phone up 2 times in a row. claiming they were ordering me authentic apple parts but turns out they order fake low quality parts not even authorized by apple… definitely don’t come here! It’s cheap but sometimes cheap is not better at all…

Ps.. I had to get a whole new phone because of this place!
In total I wasted $1400 on new screens and new phone

Overall Custer service is really on point , definitely worth your buck since majority of the stores to replace screens are just taxing , but the lady was kind enough to give me the run down even on the battery life replacement!!
