I had such a great experience using Nadjib at Instant Solution Technology to help fix my Laptop issues. His prices are great & he’s very responsive & professional. First my Fan malfunctioned on my PC & he found the correct fan replacement for me to order online. I texted him once the fan arrived & he was available to install it right away. I dropped it off & ran an errand and was able to pick it up in less than an hour later. At that time, he told me that my battery seemed to get very hot & that is should look in to replacing it. I had forgotten all about his advice and a few months later my laptop wouldn’t turn on (even when it was plugged in.) I did a battery test & sure enough my battery was shot. I ordered a new battery & Nadjib installed it as soon as it arrived. I have had no issues since. I highly recommend Nadjib at Instant Solution Technology in the South Bay Area & will I definitely use him again for my future computer issues.

It's hard to find a trustworthy and qualified computer repair service, especially if you are a foreigner and don't know people from LA. However, I found City repair and I'm very satisfied with their service. I got some scary chinese virus in my laptop (horrible). Kevim did amazing work and I really trust in his work. Also, I did bootcamp in my MacBook, which is working very well.
They are very friendly and serious/efficient.
I truly recommend their services.

In construction, automotive or tech, the best repair person is the creative one. Well, creative and fair and "real". That bloke who isn't a slave to just a trouble-shooting tree and pat fixes is hard to come by. When you find 'em, keep 'em. The franchise down the street tells me to get a new logic board for umphgreen bucks. But because that sucks dirty socks, I don't want to hear it -- I drive a lot further to CCR where Glen has fun sniffing out (without fleecing me for it) the bad sensor, broken solder joint, hiding piece of gum, and often can give me options. What do I use my laptop for -- games, video? No, I write things. A super simple fix is the option of choice, meaning I live without accelerated video, which I could care less about. (No, I'm not doing the "could care" / "couldn't care less" debate! I like "could care less" -- it has a certain nuance. So there.)

The guy noticeably fixed up the temperature regulation while he was at it -- something I didn't even know was a concern -- and I didn't pay extra for that because I hadn't asked. Come to think of it, he did that for my iMac too. Hmm...
