This place is always one of the highlights when I’m in town. The staff is great to deal with. They have the perfect mix of humour and professionalism. My last visit was early September and I tried to get a last minute appointment. They were booked solid. I asked them to call me if anyone canceled or was a no show. I really didn’t expect to hear from them but they actually did call me and I was impressed. That’s service!

I had gone in to get Botox This is my first initial time being there and nobody in the office, took any pictures of my before results. Couple weeks later my Botox settles my eyebrows look like alien verse predator. One eyebrows goes a lot higher than the other one. I called yesterday to get the eyebrow fixed, which I knew I should not have done, I should’ve stuck with Anna Williams, but she is so far booked out that I didn’t want to continue walking around like this anyways she says we did not get any before pictures so I don’t really know how to help you , she does my Botox doesn’t discuss with me how much more it’s gonna be or if I felt comfortable paying anymore I initially thought I was going to fix my eyebrow. I walked out having to pay 108 total granite I did have some points $30 but as far as I’m concerned shouldn't of had to pay anything due to the fact that this should’ve been something complementary that should’ve been done right the first time. She has absolutely lost my business.

I’m an African-American man living here in Lake Havasu city Kim and Cari have both given me facials for this hot and dry area and they have done wonders for me. I went to innovative health and wellness several times over the years that lived in Lake Havasu. I paid for treatments that never ended up happening due to a bad reactions. So Summer advised we should hold off doing said treatment. I started using the credit I had , (because I paid 3,159.00 up front) for filler and PDO threading. I had over 700.00 in credit when I had to suddenly move back to the Midwest for two family emergencies. I have asked and asked for the money to be returned to me. Summer just kept saying reach out to my manager Christina. Which i did several times. Christina reached back once to say she needed to follow up my case with Summer ? and that she would get back to me. I never heard from either one again. I gave up. Clearly they need my money more than I. It's disappointing. I liked and respected Summer.
I have pictures of how brusied and how broke out my skin was after treatments. Theres more to the nightmare story of the PDO threading that led to my having a credit. Heres pics with proof of payment and my face.
