We've been going here for over 20 years.
Absolutely the Best Salon ever. Anyone that works here is a 5 star cosmetologist and you won't be disappointed whomever you choose. They take their time with you is why an appointment is necessary. I moved 110 miles away years ago and still make the drive. Well worth it.!!

Ohh my goodness I can not express how good Ophelia is! She does the best updos and hair styles! Her braid work is fantastic! Would definitely recommend her! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

We do latest trends in color and cuts. We are a friendly salon. Most people like coming in because we try to make everyone feel comfortable and welcome. The Manacurists do excellent work. It's all done by hand. No drills. They do the latest trends in nails as well. Come on in and get a change of style or color. Have a cup of coffee. And set back and enjoy.

Everyone at Innovations is very friendly. Yolanda has been doing my hair for fifteen years. She also did my hair in curls for my wedding. My long hair never hold a curl but it lasted 2 days when she did it.

Do not book or make appointments with Barbara!!! I made an appointment with me and then shenever showed up at the salon. After being on time for my appointment and waiting over 15 minutes for her to show I finally asked an employee. They couldn't reach her to call her but she texted her boss Ken apparently deny it. So, he tried to get another lady that was leaving to do it. I refused since she was obviously tired and off. He then offered to do it after 40 minutes of trying to contact Barbara. He then said it would be another 30 then that change to 45 minutes. During the whole time he kept saying it was a miscommunication. He never held her accountable or showed any frustration with her. Instead he kept saying it was either a miscommunication between the girls inside or I Heard wrong. He tried to subtle blame me for wasting my own time!!! He offered to make up for it on Monday but at that point I don't want to support a business that mismanage and unprofessional.

A hi-line salon experience, close to home! Its suprising to find the type of experience found at Innovations locally in the IE! The vibe is always pleasant, the decor is definatly upscale and there is usually some fantastic fresh cookies and/or cake pops on the coffee tray for your wait! I dont like to boast that I get my hair cut at a 'salon' but theres no place else I would ever go than Innovations! I draw the line at getting my nails done but if I did ever go for a manicure I would for sure have Mary Beth do them, from what I've seen she is the best there is! 🙂
