Intake phone guy John is very rude. Admin staff can be clueless but once you’re in, fantastic programs if you are willing to commit. If something tragic happened tomorrow, I would sign up for the IOP.

First of all, i360 has one of the best teams of counselors/LPC’s in the entire state. I honesty wouldn’t be surprised if they were one of the best across the nation. Everyone INCLUDING the counseling interns authentically cares about the clients they see.

From my understanding they seem to see patients with addiction disorders as well so I’m not surprised by a few bad reviews. Don’t hesitate to visit these guys if you have some things you’d like to improve on or are battling anxiety, etc.

Be careful and don't put down a deposit if you're not sure. Even if they don't do anything else but talk to you for 15 minutes you won't get it back and you can't give it to anyone else. I just lost 300.00 and all they did was talk to me for 15 minutes. I read the papers and I did it to myself but it is a RIP OFF!

Avoid at all cost! Worst experience ever!!! I’m sure if you let them they will just take your money! They have very young inexperienced staff who really don’t seem to know what they are doing at all. The office has no receptionist and the only contact phone number is a cell phone of a man named John whom you never meet and who’s patently is too busy to answers phone calls. This business seems very shady. I was extremely disappointed!

I reported one of these people to the state board and they received a warning letter for their practices. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!
