Worst Hosting Place Ever!

So sorry,
It is very disappointing experience using your VPS services, Inmotion server is down more than 18 hour AND until now i write this, my server is still down! I was asked to support yesterday but no solution at all untill now .

Are you sure about 99% this uptime server that you claim?

I am so sorry to say that , It's Very not good for you all hosted your commercial site here. No backup server, Just down at all with not reasonable time for recovery.

I Swear , I love your services in first 2 month, but in my third subscribtion when problem server down happened more than 18 hours with NO SOLUTION , not professional. I think twice to still use your services.

I joined InMotion a few years back after experiences with other hosts. I love them! I have five sites there so the fees are worth it. I’ve found that a tech will patiently sit on the phone with me until my problem is resolved…sometimes they will correct the problem for me if it’s a complicated one in the CPanel or guide me while I do it myself or I’m sure I’d mess things up. Highly recommended.

I've been with InMotion Hosting for more than 10 years and would not change. I am a user and a web developer and so have multiple clients hosted with them and am very happy about their professionalism. I'm particularly pleased with their 24-hour tech support which I've used a few important times and had great success, always getting a knowledgeable technician. I also like that their servers and fast and always kept up to date. They offer nearly everything and have always been totally dependable. Oh yes, the price structure is great. I highly recommend InMotion Hosting.

I switched to InMotion Hosting around 3 years ago and I've been very happy with my decision. Their support is rarely slow, always respectful, and always works to provide me answers or a solution to my inquiry.

Both tech support and sales have been great, I changed my plan recently as I'm no longer offering hosting and don't require a reseller account and they made the process very easy.

As a plus, I'm not inundated with sales calls as I was with my previous hosting provider.

I've been with Inmotion Hosting for many years now and plan to be with them for many more. I have no complaints at all; the technical support team is uncomparable and very knowledgeable, as well as the customer service, I highly recommend them. And, as with everything else, if you don't want any problems, slowdowns, or downtime, upgrade your plan, and problem solved, shared plans bring all that.

What a terrible VPS experience. I have been with InMotion Hosting for 18+ years on their shared server platform and never had a problem. However at the beginning of May 2023 I needed to block a few countries from accessing our website and Derrick told me (convinced me) I needed to jump on a VPS. So after a couple conversations we did and we have had nothing but NIGHTMARES ever since. This was in May and we are now in October. Multiple problems with CSF (which is the firewall) all of sudden shutting down (YES you read the right shutting down) and LFD errors galore. Support staff all say different things. Been in communication with Systems via email (never a phone call, always remote which contributes to the problem) who cannot figure out problem and now for the last month they say that LFD is a known issue that is being worked on. But this situation keeps getting WORSE. We are seeing services that are down multiple times a day. Cannot get help to save my life! All we wanted was to a few block countries from our website and instead inherited a bunch of problems and now we are at a roadblock. Was told just this week that the last resort is they can switch out the operating system for our VPS which is currently AlmaLinux so now when I inquire about it, I am being told we would have to upgrade. Really?! This is another example of getting different answers from support. Been very patient up until now. Would appreciate call from someone at headquarters to get these issues resolved as this is impacting our business. This is the only way I know to get someone’s attention.
