Our transition to Infoplus Commerce marked a significant leap forward in our e-commerce management processes. To be honest, I'm not sure how we were managing before adopting this software. It streamlines our previously manual tasks and offers so much flexibility in our workflows. The open API has been a lifesaver, seamlessly connecting with our existing systems and opening up possibilities we hadn't imagined. What sets Infoplus apart is not just the technology but the incredible support we've received. The team is like an extension of our own, always there to assist with what felt like genuine interest in our success. Of course, with great power comes some initial overwhelm - I feel like we put our onboarder through the ringer but they always had an answer for us one way or another. Like I mentioned, the system's flexibility and robustness can be a bit much at first, but once you invest the time and resources to fine-tune it, the benefits are all well worthwhile. It's like having a tool that evolves with your warehouse needs. If I had a suggestion for Infoplus, it would be to add more standardized KPI reporting features out of the box. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for an affordable system that doesn't feel like it's something from the 90's.

I used Infoplus for inventory management at my previous employer. While we didn't use it to it's full extent, the software greatly increased visibility into our daily operations and helped us track the inventory and financials related to the various odds and ends required to do jobs out in the field. Their app replaced the tedious process of hand written slips and was up and running in a matter of weeks. Would recommend to anyone needing a great inventory tool.

It’s been so far the best WMS we ever have had. It automates many fulfillment processes that we were struggling with on a manual basis. It has saved tremendous amount of time and enabled us to focus on growing our core business. The reporting functions are far more advanced and customizable than a lot of the major existing WMS systems in the market. One thing I’d like to highly recommend is the mobile apps in Infoplus. If you use it with a zebra mobile computer, it makes warehouse management so easy.

How can you upgrade your product, then break functionality that runs invoicing and billing and not have a fix for a bug that you admit to making. I know….you tell the customer to go ahead and script in something to fix the bug you made and have no idea when you can fix it? How is that customer service!!!!!
