Even though I have moved to warmer weather outside of Wisconsin, I keep IncredibleBank as my primary bank, as they are always highly responsive to my questions and needs; very easy to communicate with and their online banking app is easily mastered and effective. And, they don't charge fees for many additional services and their credit card relationship provides easy 12 months or more no interest if paid in full by the term requirement. In the end, it is their people and services keeping me here, but glad I am not physically in the tundra anymore 🙂

Incrediblebank should rename to TerribleBank. They are the worst bank Ive ever worked with in business. Ive now closed all accounts and moved all of my SBA loans. They will never keep a timeline or a staff member. In 2.5 years I went through 3 VPs and 5 SBA specialists. They are horrible at customer service and even worse at treating existing clients. Not 1 good experience with this bank. My first experience with them was them taking an extra 45 days to close my initial loan which cost me $190K in profit. Every line they give you is a lie, Highly do not recommend!

I moved back home out of state .I kept my account had no issues getting my money in the past at 8pm now they hold my funds hostage till the next day .it's bull shit .looking into getting a new bank .call customer care they are just rude to ya .he'll they can't even get my Zell right having tons of issues with em .2 days of shit from that bank .i will be switching banks . before the week is over ...so watch your money with em all I got b to say

I'm not happy with incredible bank. I had a savings and checking account here just to have as a standby. I hadn't used it in a long time and all of a sudden I got statements in the mail saying they closed my savings account, took the $5 that was in there and charged me $10 for paper statements which I never usually receive, and then got a statement from my checking account where they took another $10 fee for paper statements again which I do not receive usually, and they closed my savings account. When I called to inquire about this express my dissatisfaction the customer service wanted to know "what are your intentions with your account" basically stating that if I wasn't going to use it all the time they wanted to close it. I said I had wanted to keep it as a backup and also that I wanted to have a relationship with incredible Bank in case I ever wanted to apply for an auto loan or whatnot and I felt like the guy was basically rude to me and insisted to know my "intentions". I can't see how this is anyone's business and that it's not hurting anyone if my money is just sitting in the bank. But apparently they didn't really want my business and so I closed the checking account today as well. I have excellent credit and would most likely have taken a loan out someday so I guess it's their loss.

I have had the “Incredible” benefit of working with Michelle Albenga at the Cape Coral branch of Incredible Bank.

I have opened two accounts about a couple of months apart. I wanted to see if I would be able to deal with a new bank and what it’s like doing so.

After a very short time, I noticed how vastly different this bank is than any other bank I have worked with, especially the large money center banks.

This bank continues to WOW me with an experience unlike any I have experienced before.

I will continue to bring more of my banking business to this specific branch of this bank. They do what they say and go as far as is possible to ensure I can get done what I need with my accounts.

Just go in to cash in some change and you’ll experience the difference. It’s unlike any bank I’ve ever been to. I am very pleased to be their “client”. And that is how they make me feel; like a client and NOT a customer!

For me, this bank is great to work with! Thank you Michelle for changing my opinion on working with a bank! You do great work!
