Never open to answer the phone to report anything. Operator states for user (customer) to use county website. After writing a detailed road report on site system will not let you 'submit' your claim. Not functioning.

We called this number trying to reach public works regarding road damage nobody knew how to transfer a call and they didn't care .....basically they're just a bunch of overweight Hispanic women sitting there eating all day waiting to get paid
