A number of months ago ImageNet Consulting began providing our office with printing services, and assisted us in purchasing the perfect copier/fax/scanner for our office needs. We are very pleased with our new machine, and the guidance, support and communication received from our sales associate Rick Witzel.

We had some equipment go down, so I contacted ImageNet Consulting. We were in a bit of a jam as we had recently stopped working with our prior tech company, and were concerned if we could get ImageNet out quickly with some type of service agreement. I our situation and that we needed some repairs as soon as possible. They sent over a Service Technician who inspected the equipment and provided us an estimate for the repairs. After reviewing the estimate, we approved the repairs, and Imagenet was able to get us back up and running the next day.

Because of their quick assistance and professionalism, we will definitely call them going forward for any of our hardware or software needs.

I have used ImageNet in two offices now and I love them! They are very quick to respond to any needs and they will hand deliver ink within 24 hours of ordering!!! I have worked with Rick Witzel personally on both accounts and he will not stop searching until he finds the solution to any issue I may be having.
