Not sure who I talked to @ their eureka location but he was friendly knowledgeable and answered all my dumb questions while quickly fixing my phone. It was a god send they were open on the weekend cause I work m-f and live roughly an hour away. Just want to say kudos to DA MAN that helped me. Just wish they were in so hum so I could save the drive…. Took DA MAN roughy 30 minutes to fix my phone. Wish it was cheaper but everything costs more atm 😎

Both times I came here with a device they don't typically service. The first time I brought an Xbox controller and the second time was my laptop. They were able to fix both very quickly, effectively and it was super affordable! The controller no longer has an issue with its bumpers and my computer charges! Very happy with this store and will come back again!

This place is the best!! My fiancé's new iPhone screen got shattered (dog thought it was a chew toy), and I went to Verizon. They were of legitimately no help. I went to these guys on my lunch, walked in and said "Help me!", they found the screen and said it would be done in about an hour and a half. I was worried about picking it up since I had to go back to work and he said, "I can bring it to you, no problem!" He reached out, brought it at the time he said he would and it was good as new! So thankful for these guys and their above and beyond service!!

Stop looking any further. They're professionals in tech that would absolutely never overcharge you or take advantage of the fact that you're not technology savvy.
We came in after trying to clean a charger port on an iPhone ourselves and Denzel set us straight. He came in, cleaned it the right way and we were on our way in 5 minutes. It was SO refreshing to hear! I have a lot of older electronics that just need a little love and I even got a quick estimate on what those repairs cost on average. Thank God for good men in tech!

My iPhone was bricked due to a failing touch screen. I’m on my family’s plan and AT&T couldn’t assist me. iExperts replaced my touchscreen for $95 and it works perfectly!
I’m very satisfied with their service and will use them again if necessary!
The service only took one hour!
