I had an appointment I had to cancel due to a back injury I called to reschedule left a message and I still have not heard from anybody and it's been 4 days later already. The first lady I originally spoke with told me that they deter people like me from coming up here. Don't really know what she meant by that but I felt it was disrespectful rude and extremely uncompassionate. I guess that's why I haven't been called back to receive any kind of help. Times are hard everybody's situation is different however compassion is key and always keep in mind HARD TIMES can fall upon ANYBODY at ANYTIME.
