I'm not sure whether others have had this experience, but this shop messed up my computer. I took it in for problems with the screen randomly turning black, and when they gave my laptop back, it had a new problem with wireless connections. The laptop can not connect to any kind of Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, etc. So, if you decide to take your tech to this store, be aware you run the risk of them denying responsibility for problems they created during their repair process.

Took my ps5 here after Sony voided it's manufacturer warranty on my 2 month old console. It's been about 7 months since they fixed it and I'd say my system runs better than when it was new, definitely quieter

Professional, Kind, Quick…
Phones screen popped out completely from other repair shop. Asked around @ work if they knew a place & recommended IDOTECH. They did a full replacement for screen gave me a 30 day warranty deadline incase any imperfections. Screen became to popped out on the 13th day took it back & replaced it no charge. Left happy, satisfied, will definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks IDOTECH!!
