Their support team is very responsive and helpful and their products can be used by people with little experience in photography. The Shutter Stream program makes the process of editing fast and easy. They also provide a lot of online ressources like tutorial videos that go over the whole process, from setting up the turntable to editing and creating a 360 product view. We use Iconasys for taking still and 360 photos of our museum collection and it suits our needs perfectly. I would definitely recommend their products.

After a lot of research into 360 turntables - I decided upon Iconasys and I'm so pleased I did.
It is everything I needed and hoped for and more.
Every stage of the purchase went as expected and the personal response from the sales and support teams has been fantastic.
The Shutterstream software is great and the turntable (Silver Series Mid) is extremely well made and of very high quality.
I have since purchased the hanging kit and focus stacking software which again works perfectly.
Shipping from the US to the UK was only a few days and I have nothing but good things to say about Iconasys equipment and as a company.

I’m not a photographer but their system is easy to use and follow along with their video tutorials and use recommend camera settings. This software saves me countless hours editing images like I did before. Easy to pick a few settings and get very high-quality photos. We take still and 360 auto part photos. Ryan was a great help deciding what was best for us. On the rare occasion I have a question, the support service was great. The turntable is top notch and really good quality. I highly recommend this if you have ecommerce website.

Solid machine and it really make the work easy. Very easy.
I spent about 2 hours to play araound the with settings instide shutterstream 360 before i did my first shoot wich got approved by client.
The customer support which is included is brilliant. They explaied very well when i had questions for some of the tools in shutterstream.

The money invested in thier kit of Turntable and software was def worth it. And i looking forward to shoot on it in the future.

I bought the 18'' silver series turntable with the 360 software and a set of lights. I was a complete beginner with this system, having a 40 year career as a photographer. The support from the team at Iconasys has been excellent, no matter how basic my question I was given respect and a resolution for my issue. It does take a little bit of time to learn the system but the high quality results are worth sticking with it. The online tutorials are simple to follow and extremely useful to refresh and improve your own workflow and knowledge. I thoroughly recommend Iconasys as a good business to deal with!

I own a jewelry store and started using Iconasys about a year ago. Fantastic product! I am no photographer but luckily this software is very easy to use. It took about 30 minutes to set up and get it working. They give recommended camera settings which worked perfectly. I would suggest getting the lumipads just to keep consistent lighting for the products. Best of all, their support system is very responsive and easy going!
