I called for a cab. She said she would be there in 30 minutes. After an hour had gone by I called them. She called me back after I had told her that I went with a different cab company. She was almost to my location but never communicated with me that she was going to be late or even attempted to call me. I told her I went with a different cab company. She said that I would have to pay for the ride. When I refused because she was the one clearly in the wrong. She bad mouthed the other cab company and threatened to call the cops on me.👌🏻after telling her I was going to write a bad review (trying to have her not call the cops on me not knowing if they could charge me with something) she said she didn’t care. The other company in town, Route 66 Transportation was respectful. They told me they would get here quickly and call me if I did not answer the door. They said 10-15 minutes and arrived within 10. Shawn was friendly and just awesome!

Great and friendly people. Comfortable ride and have been in time unlike the only other cab company in town at the moment. Even came to knock on my door when I didn't see them pull up because they came a little early before. Kids under 12 ride for free and half as cheap as the other also. Got me on time several calls and that's the best thing I could ask for in a cab company

I've been using this cab for years. The employees are friendly, and they try their best to give fast service, even when they're booked. Sometimes they take a long time, but there's only one driver. Not the employee's fault. I've also had issues with them forgetting to write down my time calls, but they've gotten a lot better at that. They also still manage to get me to work on time, even when they do forget. It's definitely better than Grey's.

I've used this Cab company a few times and I tend to like all the drivers but there was one particular driver whose name was Bobby Joe or Billie Jean. She was so friendly and so charming and so kind and thoughtful and helpful. She was training and there was another driver a little squat looking newer woman who would not shut her mouth. She was berating and being rude to the person who was training who was an absolute angel. I would have given four stars but the kind and awesome cab drivers save this Cab company. I really hope you fire this other girl she has reddish hair

The cab driver was very kind and helpful helped me in a pinch and tried to get me to my appointment on time on such short notice when my ride cancelled last minute.
Even when in a hurry she was still a safe and proficient driver.
