I am highly cognizant of the impact that reviews have on a business. However, I do not want anyone to waste money on like I did. Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience with Hyperlinks Media. While their sales team is strong and local, the rest of the business is outsourced (not as advertised). They did not deliver on expectations or deadlines. They did not meet the deliverables; we provided material different ways and in different formats, and the end product did not have it – for example, on our “Contact Us” page, it goes to Hyperlinks Media, not us. There were numerous grammatical errors that we caught after we submitted them without error. Our bios, which we provided, were never uploaded. The logo they created for us, was cut off on our website… it was just overall a very negative experience.

I have worked with Hyperlinks Media since 2021 in our journey to re-design our older website for a non-profit org. They were quickly able to launch our new website (completely new design) which was also mobile friendly (we never had this before). The webpage looks modern and was easy to navigate to find key information.

There development and admins are quick to respond and can get changes implemented immediately. I definitely would recommend Hyperlinks if you are looking for a new company to help you build a website.

Tiffany and the whole crew has been AMAZING! When we had a meeting creating the website, I gave them a color theme, layouts and a mock up of what we were looking for. I sat back and let them do what they do best.. web designing. They exceeded my expectations, truly hit it out of the ball park!!! We also had an issue with the website recently and they handle it immediately!! 1,000% recommend them!!!

Hyperlinks Media is awesome! Charles and his staff do a tremendous job of assisting us with our website, database, and eblast needs. I could not be more proud of our website, especially when one of our customers compliment us on it. The best part about working with Hyperlink Media is their prompt response time. In the hospitality business, everything needs to be now, and they get it.. They understand our needs, and they are extremely professional about getting the job done. Hyperlinks Media has been a great company to work with. They were able to take our broad stroke ideas and visions of a website and improve on them greatly, thus creating a site that far exceeded our expectations. Additionally, we utilized their services for the designing and printing of our business cards. The cards came out perfect, with a quick turnaround time. I will continue to highly recommend them.
